Terms & Conditions — tb11 Platform Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "tb11" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the operator of the tb11 platform accessible at tb11.io, including all associated services, games, and support functions.
• "Platform" — refers to the tb11 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all games, sportsbook markets, and features made available thereon.
• "User" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the tb11 platform.
• "Account" — refers to the personal account registered by a User on the tb11 platform, through which the User accesses all services.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, wheel spin, or any other gaming activity offered by tb11.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cash incentives awarded to a User's Account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" — refers to actual currency deposited by a User into their Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures used by tb11 to confirm the identity and eligibility of Users.
• "BST" — refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used as the reference for all platform operations, deadlines, and support hours.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on tb11, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with tb11 or any related platform;
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by tb11 for breach of these terms;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of tb11, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

tb11 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Where a User is found to be under the age of 21, their Account will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any funds held in the Account will be handled in accordance with applicable verification procedures. tb11 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with any lawful authority investigating such matters.

3. Account Registration

Each User may hold only one Account on the tb11 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited. tb11 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to void any winnings associated with such Accounts.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

tb11 conducts KYC verification for all Accounts prior to processing the first withdrawal and periodically thereafter. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time will result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

3.3 Accurate Information

Any Account created using false, misleading, or unverifiable information is subject to immediate closure. tb11 shall not be liable for any losses suffered by a User as a result of their Account being closed due to inaccurate registration information. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that all data provided to tb11 is truthful and up to date at all times.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. tb11 will never ask for your password by email, chat, or telephone.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your tb11 Account and change it immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access;
• You must notify tb11's support team without delay if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party;
• All activities conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether those activities were undertaken by you personally or by a third party using your credentials with or without your knowledge;
• tb11 employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform; however, tb11 cannot guarantee the security of your device or your local network environment.

tb11 reserves the right to temporarily lock or suspend an Account pending investigation where unusual or potentially fraudulent activity is detected. Users will be notified of any such action and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tb11 supports instant deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods commonly used by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tb11 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion service is provided.

5.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be displayed in the Account cashier section at the time of the transaction.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these terms. tb11 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal is flagged for review. Users will be informed of any such delay without undue delay.

5.4 Transaction Fees

tb11 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, Users should be aware that their payment provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply its own service charges, which are entirely outside tb11's control. tb11 accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers.

5.5 Prohibited Payment Conduct

It is strictly prohibited to use a payment method that does not belong to you, to process deposits on behalf of a third party, or to use the tb11 platform in any way that could constitute money laundering or other financial crime. tb11 is required to report any suspicious financial activity to the appropriate authorities.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

tb11 offers a 200% welcome bonus on a User's first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum bonus value of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited automatically to the User's Account upon completion of the first qualifying deposit. No bonus code is required. The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new Users who have not previously held an Account on the tb11 platform.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by tb11, including the welcome bonus, are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotional terms associated with that offer. Users should review the wagering requirements applicable to any bonus before accepting it. tb11 reserves the right to adjust wagering requirements for individual promotions at any time by updating the relevant promotional terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any User found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner not intended by tb11 — will have their bonus funds forfeited and may have their Account suspended or permanently closed.

6.4 General Promotional Terms

All promotions and offers are subject to availability, may be withdrawn or amended at any time by tb11 without notice, and are subject to any specific terms and conditions associated with the individual promotion. tb11 reserves the right to exclude any User from any promotion at its sole discretion.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook

All bets placed on the tb11 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournament fixtures — are governed by the cricket betting rules published by tb11. In the event of a conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

7.2 Casino & Live Casino

Casino and live casino games are subject to the rules published by the relevant game provider (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, and NetEnt). tb11 presents these games via certified integrations and is not responsible for the outcome of any individual game round, which is determined solely by the game provider's certified RNG system.

7.3 Crash & Wheel Games

Crash games, wheel games, and other instant-win products are governed by the rules of the applicable game provider (including Spribe). Game outcomes are determined by provably fair or RNG-certified systems. By participating in these games, you accept that all outcomes are final and that tb11 exercises no influence over the result of any individual round.

7.4 Void Bets

tb11 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed using incorrect odds, placed on a market that was offered in error, or where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or other integrity violations. Voided bets will result in the return of the original stake to the User's Account.

7.5 System Errors

In the event of a technical error, system outage, or communication failure that results in an incorrect bet, payout, or game outcome being recorded, tb11 reserves the right to correct such errors retrospectively. No User shall be entitled to retain winnings that arose solely as a result of a technical error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tb11 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of any balance or pending winnings, and referral to the appropriate legal authorities where applicable:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a different identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, harvest odds data, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to tb11's systems, databases, or internal communications;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting events, or any form of sporting integrity violation;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for money laundering or fraud;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tb11 staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location for the purpose of accessing restricted promotions or circumventing eligibility requirements;
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account.

9. Responsible Gaming

tb11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of tools designed to help Users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. We encourage all Users to make use of these tools and to seek help if they feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their financial situation, mental health, or personal relationships.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the tb11 platform — including but not limited to the tb11 brand name, logo, design elements, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of tb11 or is used under licence from third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right, title, or interest in any tb11 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the tb11 platform without the prior written consent of tb11. Unauthorised use of tb11 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tb11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from incorrect bets, misunderstood odds, or miscalculated wagering requirements;
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or technical failures outside tb11's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials;
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform, which are provided for indicative purposes only;
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers whose services are integrated into the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits tb11's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by tb11's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12. Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

tb11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, tb11 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange the withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Funds.

12.2 Account Closure by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the tb11 support team. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining Real Money Funds from your Account. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.3 Termination by tb11

tb11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where tb11 reasonably believes that the User has breached these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account would expose tb11 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. In the event of termination for breach, any balance in the Account may be withheld pending investigation.

12.4 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail.
